bn defense budget between FY14 & FY22 projected - The S&P BSE Sensex was at 28,746.65, down 261.34 points or 0.90 percent. It touched a high of 29,069.13 and a low of 28,693.82 in trade today.
- Bank of BarodaBSE -2.71 % (2.91 percent), IDFC (2.55 per cent), Infosys (2.50 per cent), Sun Pharma (2.41 per cent) and BHEL (2.26 percent) were among the Nifty losers.
- NTPC (up 4.18 per cent), Lupin (up 3.05 per cent), DLF (up 2.07 per cent), NMDC (up 1.47 per cent) and ONGC (up 1.21 percent) were among the top gainers.
- The market breadth was negative on the NSE with 309 gainers against 763 losers.
